1. 7-Day Hassle-Free Exchange Privilege
Within 7 days from the date of parcel receipt, you are welcome to exchange any garment for a different size, fit, or alternative color.
2. Conditions for Exchange & Return
- The garment must remain unworn, unwashed, and in its pristine original condition.
- Original brand hangtags, sew-in labels, and packaging must remain completely intact.
- We encourage you to inspect the parcel upon delivery directly in front of the courier.
3. Defective or Incorrect Items
In the rare event of receiving an incorrect item, inaccurate size, or defective manufacturing, we arrange a 100% complimentary exchange with zero courier charges, or an immediate full refund.
4. How to Initiate an Exchange
To request an exchange, share your Order Number and photo of the item via our official WhatsApp or call our helpline. Our logistics team will send the replacement package directly to your address and retrieve the previous item simultaneously.
